Our Individual Dishes menu features a curated selection of iconic Korean dishes that preserve the essence of traditional flavors.

In consideration of Bali’s global appeal, we’ve also reinterpreted several representative Indonesian dishes—adjusting the taste profile to ensure they’re approachable and enjoyable for international guests.

 

We invite you to explore and savor the harmony between authentic Korean cuisine and thoughtfully adapted Indonesian favorites.

SAENG-SEON-JO-RIM

Material: Grouper Fish
Taste: Mildly Spicy or Savory
Cook: Simmered

A tender Indonesian grouper fillet (kerapu) simmered to perfection with aromatic vegetables and seasonings, allowing the flavors to soak deeply into the fish. ​ Two different choices of taste; ++ Gently spicy Taste - braised in gently spiced  Korean-style sauce. ++ Sweet & Savory Taste - braised in a sweet and savory soy based glaze.
