Kim Chi
Kimchi is Korea’s iconic fermented dish, traditionally made with napa cabbage or radish, seasoned with garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and salted seafood and handcrafted with care, fermented over time.
It’s known for its bold, tangy flavor, crisp texture, a little spicy, sour, and savory notes reflect the depth of Korean cuisine and the warmth of communal dining. Rich in probiotics and deeply rooted in Korean culture, kimchi represents both flavor and heritage.
Our kimchi is handcrafted using fresh ingredients sourced locally in Bali, along with key components imported from Korea. Prepared through a hygienic and careful process, we select from our own range of recipes—choosing one that is moderately spiced to ensure a balanced flavor. Thoughtfully fermented, our kimchi reflects the authentic taste of Korea while remaining approachable and enjoyable for international guests.
